 Comment: I don't understand why MasterQuestionable is trying to debug
 Ticket_11055.m2ts. That is not the issue.

 The issue is that timestamps reported by 'showinfo' and 'show_frames'
 disagree with reality and with each other. The issue is that I suspect
 that whatever code is supplying bogus timestamps to them is also supplying
 bogus timestamps to '-to' and is also responsible for many of the 'non-
 monotonic DTS' notices that appear sometimes (but not this time).
