 Replying to [comment:181 Balling]:
 > Where is the new file where you cut the frames...
 Here are all the files:
 00305.m2ts - original, 1:36:12
 00306.m2ts - original, 1:27:02
 00305 cut.cmd - makes 00305 cut.m2ts
 00306 cut.cmd - makes 00306 cut.m2ts
 00305+00306.cmd - makes 00305+00306.m2ts
 Ticket_11055.m2ts - uploaded to trac

 What would you like, Balling?

Also, would you like to see a timestamped diagram showing how I made both
sides of the join IDR frames?

Also, PCRs on both sides of the join look correct.

Also, I've discovered the existence of splicing_point_flag,
 seamless_splice_flag, splice_type, and DTS_next_AU. Only
splicing_point_flag is shown by DVB Inspector and MPEG-2 TS Packet
 Analyzer.

The I frame on the early side of the join is in packet 21156.
The I frame on the late side of the join is in packet 28186.
