 In fact only Apple style mp4. This will not fix new editlist ISO style,
 there remainder needs to be fixed only, patch is here that applies
 duration field in editlist and thus removes remainder:

 Cannot be solved. It only has the author of the audio stream, not the
 priming info. Same for mkv.
