Comment:

 Reproduced, will look into the source of artefacts.

 Regarding your test sample: the RV60 bitstream reports it as 748x748px,
 but the RMHD container says its 1000x1000px. RealPlayer does some
 automatically image re-scaling to make it appear 1000x1000px.
