 HMM. Then I guess I dont know how to make the patch. I have a clone of the
 repo. I modified my local clone and committed it there. Then:

 ```
 git format-patch -1 HEAD
 ```

 I cant find any instructions in the ffmpeg-devel on how to actually create
 the patch.
