 LOL, no. All values are allowed, besides (for 8 bit) 0 and 255. 0 and 255
 values are used in limited range RGB and limited range YCbCr for sync in
 HDMI and Display Port. So that means 250, 128, 128 would be more white
 than 100% white. That is called Superwhite.
