 The frames are dropped because of this bug... This is not Hollwood when
 24.000 fps gets converted ti 24/1.001 with an optical flow.

 Chrome abd others just drop frames. But dedicated apps do not, like
 Youtube. If you ever tried Youtube app on a TV 0 frames are dropped.
