 ͏    The diff indicated nothing interesting.
 ͏    Which means the decoding shall be much similar between the versions.

 ͏    Try "-v debug" on your original command and see what "select"
 reports.
 ͏    Also try removing the "`eq( n, 0 ) + `" part.
