If there is only one video stream, the **-frames** option is sufficient.
If the video is the first output stream, it would be **-frames:0
''framecount''**. You don't even need to work out the exact number of
frames in the video. Any number bigger than that will work so just put a
really big number like **-frames:0 99999999**.
