 A bitstream filter doesn't help as it has one input and one output, but
 this requires a filter with two inputs and one output.
 On the ML, I have already described how it can work, but this ticket is
 invalid, not only because it's not pussible but also because you cannot
 "embed" CEA-608/708 in an mp4 container - it needs to get "embedded" in
 the videostream instead.
