Comment:

 Fixed after bc1a3bfd2cbc01ffa386312662af8a014890d861

 "I would always get a good looking thumb, but with this patch I would for
 the most part get a mostly gray frame." So #9412 is a dup.



 Old behaviour cannot be restored with -flags output_corrupt the file will
 be different.

 And also

 "If I re-run the last command with -vframes 100 it generates 60 images,
 where image 18 is almost identical to the before_patch1.jpg, except a bit
 more blocky."

 It now only does 43 images.
