 You'll need to define what "sometimes" means here. It's certainly not
 random?
 1080p actually being 1088p that crops off the bottom 8 pixels is normal,
 cause some codecs like h264 demand the dimensions to be a multiple of 16.
 But you should normally never actually see that line.
