New description:

 Now vidstabtransform filter outputs video with the same resolution, as
 input.
 Even with static zoom, video is scaled to the original size.

 However, when the following additional explicit "scale" filter used,
 vidstab internal scale is useless, consumes cpu and reduces video quality.

 So, please add an option to disable interpolation with the static zoom.
