 OpenBSD switches to the High Performance on need.

 Interesting that on this machine ffplay loads it to 25%..30% CPU and
 manual switching to high performance doesn't solve the issue each time.
 Usually it does but at least once (right now) it doesn't help.

 Thus, manually switch to the high performance doesn't unfreeze the video.
