 I use FFmpeg to download recordings from Elisa Viihde (Finnish online
 recording service) using HLS protocol. Updating FFmpeg broke downloading
 because .ec3 extension is used for EAC3 audio tracks.

 I can get around this problem by using allowed_extensions option, but I
 wonder if .ec3 could be included in the allowed extensions by default.
