 Other opensource emulators are
 Blastem: https://www.retrodev.com/blastem/
 Picodrive: https://github.com/libretro/picodrive/tree/master/pico

 Both have SegaCD/MegaCD support.

 If I find any more, I'll make sure to post them here.
