Comment:

 Yes, I can reproduce that. First sample is very clear. And yes, after
 seeking again it does fix itself.

 Damn, on android no decoder is usinf non-ffmpeg code. Great. I thought
 Android uses dolby binaries.

 Will also check LG C9 hw decoder.
