Hi again,
I managed to extract the raw video with
ffmpeg -i part0.mkv -an -vcodec copy -f rawvideo part1
I can reproduce correctly this with
mplayer -demuxer rawvideo -rawvideo fps=15:w=320:h=240:yuy2 part1

I still cannot encode/compress it; with
ffmpeg -f rawvideo -s 320x240 -r 15 -i part1 -vcodec mpeg4
I get something that doesn't play correctly :(
I uploaded both files
