[FFmpeg-user] How do I fix the warning "Invalid and inefficient vfw-avi packed B frames detected" while converting an avi into 3gp by using h263

Hey guys,

Is there someone knows how to fix that problem?

ffmpeg -y -i sample1.avi -f 3gp -s 176x144 -aspect 1.8  -r 15 -vcodec h263
-b 150k -bt 100k -an ph__140.3gp
