[FFmpeg-user] libfreetype

I am trying to enable libfreetype but I get an error saying freetype2
not found. I do have freetype installed running version 2.4.10 and I
have updated git and still same error. I want to be able to use drawtext
so I need to enable libfreetype, what else can I do to get this enabled?
