[FFmpeg-user] live real time stream transcoding

Hello everyone,

I have a project which is based on some real time transcoding. The stream is
coming through the rtp protocol,
source stream look like rtp://

Stream parameters:
type: Video
Original ID:403
Codec: H264 -MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (h264)
Resolution: 720x576
Frame rate:50

Original ID : 404
Codec: MPEG Audio layer 1/2/3 (mpga)
Language: English
Channels: Stereo
Bitrate:128 kb/s

the following stream i want to transmit to some streaming server, and from
this streaming server to have such a possibility to watch in real time using
mobile smart phones and local PC.

The server that I'm using is having the following parameters:

Server OS:

Linux stream 2.6.32-5-amd64 #1 SMP Mon Mar 7 21:35:22 UTC 2011 x86_64

lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
