I do not know the specifics of your server, but you may be able to
compile stuff which will result in a file or files that you can execute.

  $ cd
  $ wget https://ffmpeg.org/releases/ffmpeg-snapshot.tar.bz2
  $ tar xjvf ffmpeg-snapshot.tar.bz2
  $ cd ffmpeg/tools
  $ make qt-faststart

If make was successful then you will have qt-faststart in
~/ffmpeg/tools/.
