Seeing that, I tried -acodec wmav2 -ar 44100 -ab 65k. Works OK (and
reports the output stream as 64 kb/s).

Then I tried -acodec wmav2 -ar 44100 -ab 63k. Also works OK and reports
the output stream as 62 kb/s.

Only -acodec wmav2 -ar 44100 -ab 64k fails. Nu breekt mijn klomp, as we
say here in Amsterdam.
