[FFmpeg-user] Licencing requirement changes?

Is that possibly the wrong mailing list to ask?

We do not develop Xuggler nor distribute, we do not know 
its license terms.
Afaict from a quick look, Xuggler is LGPL 3 if you do not 
need x264 (and do not distribute it), it is GPL 3 if it 
comes with x264.
Both licenses are also available for FFmpeg.
