with ffmpeg version git-2012-07-06-5997285 Copyright (c) 2000-2012 the
FFmpeg developers built on Jul  6 2012 21:21:35 with gcc 4.4.6 20110731
(Red Hat 4.4.6-3)

works OK. What patch did you apply?
