SVN is ancient and the last revision was r26402 committed on 2011-01-19
before moving to Git. From the ffmpeg.org download page:

  0.9.2 was released on 2012-05-03. It is the latest stable FFmpeg
  release from the 0.9 release branch, which was cut from master on
  2011-12-11.

Do not use FFmpeg from SVN. It is old and unsupported.
