The way of solving your problem goes through understanding it.
I suggest you examine carefully the packets and frames just before and just
after a stitch where the desync happens, using ffprobe, and see if the
timestamps match the progress of the video and the audio.

Just use a faster codec, faster codec options and a smaller resolution. If
you need to gain still more time, skip some post-processing, such as the
loop filters. For tests, it does not matter if the quality is ugly or the
resulting file needlessly big.
