[FFmpeg-user] [FFmpeg user] Frame drops with file in ffplay

there is a frame drop problem in ffplay. VLC and LAV filters show the same
behaviour.
The only way for me to play it fine is using ffdshow tryouts (my revision
is 4422) and changing the mpeg-2 library from libavcodec to libmpeg2 (menù
-> supported codecs -> mpeg-2).
