[FFmpeg-user] can't encode rawvideo to mpeg4 elementary stream (m4v)

I tried to google for encoding yuv 4:2:0 planar images sequences to mpeg 4
elementry stream using ffmpeg.

I tried with this commands,but no use all are providing mp4 file (container
format),not elementry stream.


ffmpeg -pix_fmt yuv420p -s 176x144 -r 25 -f rawvideo -i
sample_qcif_300.yuv  -vcodec mpeg4 -an output.m4v





what is the command to encode yuv to mp4 elementry sytream.
