[FFmpeg-user] How to build ffmpeg statically with librtmp support

if i don't add --extra-libs="-ldl", it errors out saying  "ld can not find

no i don't have a static openssl installed in your system, i think the
installed one is dynamic.

if i don't static compile it , it errors out with error message like "ld
can not find -lssl"
