[FFmpeg-user] flags +ildct+ilme produce corrupted file

Additional informations.
Using preset "superfast" instead of "ultrafast" solves problem, but gives
me this warning: "interlace + weightp is not implemented".

1. How to know the exact differencies between the 2 presets?
2. Is there any relation between my issue and #993? (
