Is the problem related at all to "-q:0" or is it also reproducible
if you specify a bitrate (or neither bitrate nor quality)?

You could ask Volvo again (as said, the bitrate is not >320 for any frame)
but I wonder now if you shouldn't just use -write_xing 0 or -id3v2_version 3.
