ffmpeg -i input -filter_complex
-map 0 -map "[mix]" output

Or if you want to be lazy and blindly trust amix to choose inputs for
ffmpeg -i input -filter_complex "amerge=inputs=8[downmix]" -map 0 -map
"[mix]" output
