[FFmpeg-user] logo to surimpose

Hello,I encode in ffmpeg libx264 on W7 64-b 10000k -minrate 10000k -maxrate 15000k -bufsize 15000k in two pass.
But I see the logo with pixelate artifact, the bufersize ou maxsize seems to be not function in fact.
I send you an artifact from my encoding, it's a part of frame.
