Merely copying a PCM audio track used to work through v 4.0.
Just make "copy" like it used to be.
"Anyway, pcm is defined for some types of isom files but
those are not (yet) supported by FFmpeg, don't hold
your breath."

Sounds like a real problem, don't you agree?
