There's also the "hash" muxer with various hash functions (and its
alias muxer "md5").

$ ffmpeg -i input -map 0:a -c:a copy -f hash -
$ ffmpeg -i input -map 0:a -c:a copy -hash md5 -f hash -
if you prefer MD5.
