[FFmpeg-user] [ANNOUNCE] ffmetadata1.js

Attempting to parse metadata with Unicode characters, commas, newlines,
and so on, is well known to be error prone in ffmpeg.

To fix this in a node.js server recently I wrote a library, which I
thought I'd share in hopes it's broadly useful.

It implements the FFMETADATA1 format described in ffmpeg-formats.texi @ ¶5.
