[Libav-user] Error compiling ffmpeg-3.0 - error: 'SEC_I_CONTEXT_EXPIRED' undeclared

Hi to all
I'm attempting to compile ffmpeg-3.0 under mingw. The configuration is:

./configure --enable-shared --prefix=/mingw --enable-pthreads --disable-debug

while I can successful compile the 2.8.6 version, attempting to compile the
3.0 one give me the subsequent error:

libavformat/tls_schannel.c:437:25 error: 'SEC_I_CONTEXT_EXPIRED' undeclared
(first use in this function)

How can I solve ?
