<div>I will descripe what im facing:</div>

<div>I wrote a Transcoder it works fine so far, in generell its X Container/Format to MP4/H264.</div>
<div>We have a 20min File (5GB) its a QuickTime Movie (DNxHD36) the MP4 Output works fine with VLC (no sync issue).</div>
<div>But if i open it with Quicktime Player (v 10.x) i get a async audio after 5min, if i using the Scrubbing Bar from the Player it resync and after 5min playtime it gets out of sync again.</div>

<div>Do i need to set some Flag for Quicktime Player? Or are there some known issues with Quicktime Players? VLC uses the libavcodecs too, is this the reason why it works with vlc and not with quicktime?</div>
<div>Im currently use the ffmpeg 1.2.4 libs should i test it with 2.x ffmpeg?</div>

<div>bevor transcoding:</div>
<div>Duration: 00:20:23.84, start: 0.000000, bitrate: 39219 kb/s</div>
<div>after transcoding:</div>
<div>Duration: 00:20:23.86, start: 0.021333, bitrate: 1109 kb/s</div>

<div>why is the duration 0.02 longer? (of course because of starttime) i didn't set a specific starttime, is it something that the decoder/encoder does by himself?</div>
