<div dir="ltr">I have been using ffmpeg APIs for some time now and was curious to know 
which AVCodecContext fields can be set before calling "avcodec_open2()".
 Currently I know that flags2 and thread_count can be set, but want to 
know which other fields can be set and what impact do they have.<br>
