Definitely not. Restricting redistribution to unmodified copies is contrary<br>
to all that Libre Software stands for.<br>

To make it clear that re-distribution of modified copies is done under the<br>
responsibility of the person doing it, a standard disclaimer should be<br>
enough.<br>
