<p>If the product or it's advertising has a Dolby Logo or the word
Dolby or any Dolby trademark....<br>

<p> --> You will most likely need a license to use the Logo and
trademarks.<br>
</p>
<p> --> You will need to pass Dolby certification to meet the
requirements for the license. Dolby will probably require you to
use their decoder. I've got different responses from them about
this over the years.</p>
