Description
a bunch of screen capture codecs i came across.
most arent particularly difficult, kostya thinks many are zlib. maybe a jpeg-ls.
these maybe good for new developers to work on an 'easy' codec.

it would be nice if someone created some samples for these.

sample for iscc made with iscc.dll + mencoder. i dont know why its missing fourcc.

I don't think it is realistic that it will be known if and when tickets without samples are fixed.
How can I test if any of these are fixed?
