Well, I sure am wondering as well. It seems fitting enough given that
what a lot of people mentioned as "rules" can at best be read out of the rules
with a lot of guessing IMHO.
I'd have an issue if Michael refused in general to adapt his coding style,
at least to the surrounding code, but at least for now I'll believe he
just doesn't notice without extra effort. Maybe a syntax highlighting
script with truly horrible colours can serve as help? ;-)
