[Ffmpeg-devel] Slow forward play stream

Hi,
As mentioned in my previous posted questions, I've get
a little information about how to use FFMPEG.
And currently I've another question,
How to implement slow play stream?
I heard that we can insert some null frames in the
stream, is it right?
can anyone give me some information about the detail
information about this feature?

p/s: Also, I need help on seeking frames backward,
that is, how to seek the previous frame. Really
appreciate.
