Example output:

stefano at geppetto ~/s/ffmpeg> configure --enable-libx264 --enable-gpl
ERROR: x264 does not satisfies CPP condition: X264_BUILD >= 63
If you think configure made a mistake, make sure you are using the latest
version from SVN. ...
