Except that <va.h> would be in the "va.h" file, so are you fan of some 
#include_next magic? ;-) Anyhow, to be honest, I am using the "vaapi" 
prefix, so there won't be any conflict per se. But still, it's better not 
to use system/vendor names, IMHO.
