Theres always confusion, i for example am pretty much confused by the
whole now.

yes, ive told that to them as well yesterday already
they then asked what part of the LGPL the violate, and without checking
their code/extracting their stuff. Intel IPPs EULA does not look LGPL
compatible. They use Intel IPP as swscale replacement currently but
plan to replace it by their much supperior pascal reimplementation that
will soon be finished.
They also according to their own words rewrite our code in pascal and
asm instead of fixing bugs in C.
