[FFmpeg-user] Bad keyframes when encoding to the ogg container format

Could you elaborate?
A (ogg) sample that allows to reproduce this problem would 
be very welcome.

Can you confirm that the file encoded with the older FFmpeg 
does not show the warning message when decoded with current FFmpeg?
