[FFmpeg-user] Keeping unset channel mask after amerge filter

Hi,

when I use the "amerge" filer to merge a file-set with video file plus
mutiple audio files the resulting (AVI) output file always has a channel
mask. This is also mentioned in the documentation[1]:

"""
[...] the channel layout of the output will be the default value
corresponding to the total number of channels. 
"""

I tried to unset the channel mask with "aformat" but failed. Is there a way
to unset the channel mask?
